_Deepinder's Yoga Philosophy
“It’s the journey which matters not the goal”
Comfortably
positioning of the body in some specific posture and holding it that
way for reasonable time. All the yoga postures must be practiced with
joy and concentration in order to get the maximum benefit. Hence it is
strongly advised that if someone feels discomfort or pain in any yoga
posture, one must stop immediately doing a particular posture. As, we
all know first the child learns to crawl then walk and then run, in a
same way a yogi or yogini needs time to master the postures. Present is
called present because it is our gift. Once gone, it never comes back.
In the moment- how many postures one does that doesn’t matter, but
staying in the moment does. Your mind need to be in the present with you
while you are practicing Yoga .It should not be in the past or in the future. Past is gone and future never comes, as when it does it becomes present.
